Updates have been made and runes, starting items, and summoner spells have been changed according to the current metagame. I will keep my eye on Heal vs. Barrier after the latest nerf.

But I got a question, since the new patch 4.5, there has been a buff in the "Heal" summoner spell. Do you think is it better to take that rather than barrier for draven?


It is better. I'm currently updating the guide, but takes a while.

Elixir has more potential than Blade imo due to the higher all-in potential and higher sustain through potions although Doran's Shield has been proven to be very effective as well, I just didn't include it yet (been lazy).

Feast falls off so quickly which is why I dislike it a lot. Dangerous Game is alright but not very consistent.

On the trinket choice I've been doing a ton of testing. The ward is pretty neat but I found myself really putting it to use like once or twice per game and I think the latest changes to the Orb make it stronger than people think.
