Allow me to introduce myself:
My name is Jurgen I have played a lot of games with different champs but graves has become one of my favorite champs because i really loves his abilities. I've experimented a lot for a build to suit for the champ and I finally found one I've won many games by using this build, this build works for me and I hope it works for your too :)
Graves is a strong duelist. He’s mainly being played as an ADC on the botlane. But can play graves on the top lane too i tried it a couple of times and i worked pretty wel. In my opinion is graves easier to play in the bot lane. People pick him for his amazing burst and synergy with initiative supports. His kill potential is amazing and he’s very fun to play due to being capable of repositioning with Quickdraw and deleting people with a surprise combo. I hope you’ll be having as much fun with Graves as I’ve had!
Now, let's get to it!
9x greater mark of attack damage (+0.95 attack damage.)
9x greater seal of armor (+1 armor)
9x greater glyph of scalling magic resist (+0.16 magic resist per level)
3x greater quintessences of attack damage (+2.25 attack damage)

let me explain this build
I start with Rapid Fire-cannon because if you have this item you can shoot a little bit faster this comes very handy to take your farm on early game.Then statik shiv Because You energized attack deals bonus damage then infinity edge Because You critical strike bonus damage is increased by 50 % this is good because we make a build full of crits then berserkers greaves Because we need a little bit speed for example to run away for enemies, essence reaver this item is pretty handy because you get extra cooldown for you abilities and your critical strikes restore 3% of your maximum mana pool in my opinion you can always use extra mana for my last item i choose blood thirster because your basic attack can now overheal you excess life is stored as a shield that can block 50 - 350 damage based on champion level.

With Graves, you have to focus on your physical damage (Q) first. I take Smoke Screen at lvl 4 to have a stronger End of the Line at lvl 3. When you are being pushed to your turret by level 2, take Smoke Screen at level 3. Smoke Screen is maxed last because you only use it for the utility, not for the magic damage it provides. End of the Line & Quickdraw are superior to the flat magic damage and extra slow it provides.
Take a point in Collateral Damage whenever you can. You gain an amazing powerspike by it at levels 6, 11 & 16.
this is your number one spell You can use this offensively and defensively. You can use Flash to escape sticky situations, especially when your Quickdraw is on cooldown.
Heal is your second summoner spell for every ADC. It heals an ally as well, which allows for stronger early 2V2 fights. If they can ignite you and your close to the death you can use your Heal it can be reduced by Ignite and you get a little speed bonus. that Extra speed bonus for a few seconds can and the healing can save your life.
stand behind your team
Stand behind your team for protection. graves is not a tanker but he deals a lot of damage Those who want to kill you have to go through your team so while your team is fighting and defending can you deel damage on the background
you can Hide yourself behind a wall/in a brush. When a teamfight erupts you can surprise an enemy squishy and blow them up with your combo. but don't do this all the time because the enemy will get it through after a time
