Simple build, yet very efficient. You can carry four feeding teammates with this build. Yes it is possible to 1vs5 and win and go on to solo the nexus. I've done it.

Quick note: For the last item if there is a tank with 150+ armor get Last Whisper, if not get Black Cleaver.

Use your buckshot to poke,your smokescreen to slow an make it so they cant see their allies, your quickdraw to chase/escape. Example: When an enemy starts to get low shoot smoke screen behind an enemy, quickdraw towards them use buckshot an autoattack with the attack speed buff from quick draw and if you are level 6 or higher finish the runner off when they are low hp with your ult.

Proof it works:
Sorry the cropped pic cut off the last team mate of the enemy team, it's a shyvanna who went 20/14/37 under that Sona in the pic. 4 of the enemy team was fed to hell. Only one that wasn't was anivia who I shutdown in mid.

Basicly four fed enemies vs one fed graves = graves soloing the nexus. Whole team was fed an we even were down kills as I solo'd the nexus. 67 kills to 82 kills for them.
