Ultimate whenever - obvious.

Buckshot first - obvious.

I like Quickdraw second because it scales on itself. Lowering the cooldown on Quickdraw lowers the cooldown of Quickdraw, very much like Riven ultimate, where AD scales off AD... Quickdraw's CD scales off CD.

W last because it is very powerful even at level 1.
Early Game

1. Decide on your item build.
2. Decide whether to be aggressive or passive in lane (Graves can be extremely aggressive most of the time)
3. Farm extremely well.
4. Harass with Q, try to trade hits when you have 10 passive stacks.

Mid Game

1. Complete your first item -- you want a Infinity before 25 minutes.
2. Position yourself well in fights, force dragon's with Wriggles! Blow people up with Q-R combo.
3. Farm extremely well.
Late Game

1. Get ready to become god-mode.
2. Position is key now, more than ever, since AD Carries play the most important role late game.
3. Get your last few items.

Tip: Every auto-attack you land as a late game AD Carry is very meaningful, so feel like you've achieved something when you land any and every auto.

I'm almost sure Graves will get nerfed, but they won't change the mechanics on his abilities, which is what makes Graves truly OP, the fact that he has combinations of multiple abilities in a single one. Riot will likely drastically reduce the AD scaling, or increase cooldowns to offset the ridiculous skill kit that Graves has. Time will tell, abuse him while you can!

A Little About This Build

I Start Off MOst Game with Dorans Blade For Obvious Reasons You Get Health And Life Steal. Then I usually Go For Greaves ON my next trip back. Then i jump straight into BloodThirster. Depending on your money i would go for vamperic Sceptor first to get that additional Life Steal to Stay in lane longer. Then After that get Attack Speed But dont hop into Phantom Yet get AD Plus As GOing in With Black Cleaver. Then you should get phantom is the game doesnt end for 3v3 if 5v5 go for infinity edge ny the 25 min mark itll set you up late game.
