For jungling, lvl one hunter's call then max hungering strike, with one rank in blood scent at either lvl 5 or lvl 7
As for items, one of the things that makes warwick the crazy powerful multi-killer that he is is due to his ultimate. Your current build is based on autoattacking insanely fast (this build puts you over attack speed cap without even using warwick's W) instead of increasing damage with your ultimate. Attack speed is great on Warwick, but items like Malady, Wit's End, Ionic Spark, Black Cleaver, and MAdred's Blood razor give you that attack speed plus a major boost to the damage of his ultimate. In fact, That full ensemble of items can come close to making his ulti hit for over 1k dmg before resistance are computed.
Finally, as a side note, WW scales insanely with defensive items. Because his passive and q don't need offensive stats to provide decent sustain, the goal is to make every bit of HP count.
I kid you not, with guardian angel's proc, I have killed three people after the revive and aced the enemy team when we should have been aced ourselves. Many support champions and tanks can't even kill Warwick when he simply autoattacks.
Try my suggestions. Watch you carry your team with double digit kills and single digit deaths.
