Ablilities
:Q : Easy farming ability, strong poke, easy to land, on kill additional ability scales with skill-level.
W: extreme high base damage, nearly impossible to land without E, high cooldown, high damage even without leveling it up in early stages
E: needs practise to land it immediatley, long stun duration, essential for veigar
R: extreme high burst, immediate ap carry kill potential, high scaling all game => safe kills when catching someone off guard
