Why do you need PoM for example in jungle at experimental?
Your passive needs attack speed to work well. Where is it in this built? I understand the logic behind the built but if you want this built there are other champions more fit for it.

Whats the point of titanic? From my knowledge Nocturne rlly doesn't need the titanic passive
