Interesting build, want to try it
Only one question - why do you build Rylai? It's slow will apply only on first part of W, because you Q slow is stronger. Why don't build lich bane (if you want to auto), Banshee's or other AP item?

Thanks for asking! I should have put a disclaimer on the Rylais. I only get if 1) I already have a Liandry, and 2) They have a highly mobile or dangerous enemy team. Something like a Singed/Darius/Nasus/Renekton where the more slows the better for kiting and peeling for your team. That way Rylai is giving me more damage through Liandry, and more kiting potential with the added slows. Plus the health is always a nice bonus on Karma for RW heals.
