I'm still new to this. So bear with me. I don't know how to BBCode and edit well yet, but I'm learning. :)

- They're gonna want to kill you, and if anyone does manage to bypass the front line and you also happened to miss your stun then this could be quite useful. It buys you time.
Though, I don't usually purchase this item. that's why in the PO, I put it under the "THEN CHOOSE 1" tab. It's just a situational item, buy it when there's a Fizz / Zed on the enemy team.

1. I find Mana Regen seals to be more useful than Armor seals. Mana regen + Athene's is really great for mid~late game -- roaming, contesting for Dragon, squirmishes, etc.. and you don't have to recall to replenish your MP bar. Though, during early game armor seals have an edge on the mana regen ones but that +13 armor is not really going to do much later on.
2 As you could see in my ability sequence, I rush to max (Q) first, then (W) then (E) and get (R) whenever it's available. I rush to get (Q) at max rank on level 9** for that power spike(from her passive). The sooner you put her skills at max rank, the better.
I max out (Q) first for the +15% bonus damage.
Then (W), for the damage and lowered cooldown + it's great for harassing from a really safe distance, 950 units.
Then (E), I have no trouble landing my stuns (and for those of you who do have a hard time using her (E), it just recently got more "friendly"), so I don't find the bonus effect you get from the passive really useful.
