hi
Attack speed marks aren't necessary, and I want to gouge out my eyes and feed them to my dog every time I get a Hecarim on my team running 0/9/21 masteries. That **** was viable 10 patches ago. Not anymore.
"Hecarim scales on movement speed, so your adequately making him deal more damage and is able to get out and to safety easier. Now explain how that is anything but positive? As far as masteries are concerned, i tend to have some AD and sustain again monsters and minions as thats where your early game gold is being sourced from, so i agree that 0/9/21 isnt great in s4"
I added Randuins because your right. It´s better than Warmogs in this build.
Wouldn't you opt for a elder lizard instead? You will deal lots more damage (Burning on everyone) as well as having some CDR and health mana regen on your tank bruiser? Ancient Golem isn't the best on Hecarim.
Also I find Randuins better than Warmogs because of the armor and attack speed slow to counter AS champs such as Vayne. (With Iceborn Gauntlet + Sunfire you are basically invulnerable against AD and you can heal up the damage dealt with AP)
