For me, Attack Speed is good because you can (always) give your burst damage from Sheen to enemy ''faster''.
''attack speed isn't that handy'' : more attack speed, more life steal you'll have from ur W ^_^
btw, I take phantom danger because it give you good movement speed(for your pasive) and attack speed (the crits still help you a bit while u're attacking like crazy hehe)
It's up to you how you gonna play using Hecarim. you can try rylai if you think that's the best for you ^^

That's a good point; enough speed items and you won't have to slow them; enough damage items and you can overwhelm them if they run (though I still like the thought of Rylai's ^_^). Why take Phantom Dancers, though, if crits mean little on Hec (snd half the cost of the item), and Hec would only be getting a few auto-attacks off (always moving and using Q/W) so the attack speed isn't that handy?

yup..Crits wont work on Rampage..and yea Sheen only burst your next basic attack. I don't think Slow item needed since my build is base on damage and speed..if they run then you chase them back(I think they'd died already before run lolz) and your ulti can make them flee that's mean you'll have much time to give some fatal damage.

So Sheen won't boost the damage Rampage does, because it's "physical damage" but not an auto-attack? Does that mean crits won't stack on Rampage either?

I think I see what you mean about the slow late game; no use slowing if you can't do any damage, or teammates aren't there or if you realize you don't need it.

Sheen will boosted your normal attack (once) right after you cast any of Hec's skills with only 2sec CD. For Frozen Mallet or Rylai, I think it'll be good to put them in ''Optional Late Game 5th and 6th Items''

I like Hecarim, and I think you are well on your way. A couple questions: What is Hec's purpose? Does Sheen only boost auto-attacks, or does it boost anything that does physical damage, like Hec's Q? Thanks!
