The build is a perfect balance of speed and attack speed, carefully crafted within 20 minutes.
Optimal teammates: Zilean, Lulu, Jayce, Karma.
NOTES:
Make sure you have at least 2 Shurelya's Reveries on your team.
ALL movement speed buffs MUST be placed on you. If a teammate refuses or puts it on a different person REPORT IMMEDIATELY.
Make sure to use taunts after each kill! Such as "Swag" and "Gotta go fast."
