down vote. items are bad. ability selection is terrible. rylais is a must along with liandrys. you can avoid late game survivability with a warmogs. you shouldnt ever get killed by ganks if you set up your turrets right.

After a bit of play testing I do agree that zhonyas is a crucial item late game against any ad bruiser/assassin and as such have swapped that and rylais around in my build. I am reluctant to move void staff into essential as it isn't useful compared to rabadons if the enemy team doesn't buy much magic resists.

I think tear of the goddess is very useful because it stacks quickly when spamming your turrets and poking with the rockets so I will keep that there for now.

Up-voted, was a pleasant read, Although zhonya's is defiantly a must on heimer as hes so vulnerable, but other wise seems fine. Any suggestions on running ap yellows and ms quints you lose Armour but as heim you shouldn't be close :P .

Downvoted because I believe Zhonya's Hourglass is core, while Abyssal Mask is not viable at all. Also have some functionality doubts with Rylai's Crystal Scepter and Tear of the Goddess. Void Staff might be a must-have as well.

Ok thanks for not downvoting. I have added more detail to the masteries, summoner spells and runes section and have also included some BB coding. If you have anymore advice please let me know.

Not gonna downvote... yet... Please archive until the new heimer gets tested fully and after a week or two most likely nerfed. Flaws for current build:
