"PM me with your guide link and I will review it. I will also help it with a(an) upvote, that is if it is worthy of one." So, you may or may not Upvote? Fair enough, except for this: "For you to receive a review from me(so you won't review my guide if I don't?), I would ask you nicely to give me a +rep and check out one of my guides(indirect... saying you 'would ask' just makes me question whether you're actually asking me, or if your telling me) in return, I do not think this is an unreasonable fee(In Return... Fee.. So we're paying for your services now?). Thank you in advance!"
Although you do finish with "Thankyou in advance", this seems like a 'token' phrase when paired with the rest... your use of language here is either poorly done or delberately self-serving. It just doesn't seem like "Fair Trade" to me. For the sake of fairness, I'll assume you have good intentions, as I'm judging your article here, not you:
Why should I trust your opininon on my guide? I ask this because the text in which you offer to do so isn't well written(I could provide examples, but I'm honestly not trying to offend you) nor aesthetically pleasing. You yourself acknowledge that reader's want something that looks good, but then most of your text is in bright yellow or red. This just looks garish and poorly done, not to mention having such bright colour throughout makes reading hard on your audiences' eyes. Just highlight the opening sentence of each paragraph, and/or the important parts.
Ok, so it's good that you included the "Why Me?" section, but while it's good to avoid sounding arrogant or demanding, you could do more to sell yourself. I appreciate the lack of bragging, but you should certainly provide some references that promote your understanding of LoL. Provide your Elo rating, some images that show your results with a variety of champions, and mention your Karthus guide, which has been successful.
I don't write any of this to be harsh, I just expect someone who is offering to review guides to have a high standard of langauage and presentation. I don't really think your in this just to get +Reps, but - IMO - you'd get a better response if you merely asked rather than giving the reader any obligations; insinuated or not.
Anyway, though I'm not entirely satisfied with the level of quality, I do appreciate the sentiment. Just for the record, I also like your Karthus build. I didn't find the guide itself outstanding(not that it's bad, it just failed to impress me), but I still Upvoted it, because the build itself is exemplary, and you could explain most things logically, which is more important IMO. I am, of course, a 'beginning guide maker' myself, so don't feel like you have to take my word for any of this. On that note, I'd still appreciate a review of my Fiora build, assuming I haven't already ruined any chance of that. If you feel like upvoting, than thanks, but just be aware that I'll only give you a +Rep if you have something insightful to say.
Hope I haven't troubled you, and sorry this is so long :/
ill go change my karthus guide i guess
Good luck, sir.
