Why this build? There are so many to choose from. In this guide I will show you what worked for me personally. This build is a very high adaptability, which means you can change it up as game progresses with little impact on how much gold you make.

For runes, I used 9 T3 Marks of Desolation, armor pen is very much needed, especially for talon, and it helps you gank squishies easier. For seals, I used solid health, for high hitpoints, and (this is the best part when it comes to the actual gear part) And glyphs, I got attack damage. Some people go magic resist, some people go armor, but with this build, you'll get plenty of those stats from game items, no need to gimp your burst with something like that.

Ok, here's the thing, some people, when they say they think this build takes too long, but it really doesn't! before I hit 10, nearly every game, I make enough gold to buy 2 BF swords (yes 2). The reason for this, rather than get later in the game, and not be able to get them as easy, you get two of them to work your way up to 2 items later on. For the first item, you want Doran's blade. Some people go boots and pot, I don't. You want burst for the initial gank. Plus it gives you a little more hp. 2nd and 3rd items you will get BF sword, by the time you hit level 10, you'll be able to turn one bf sword into infinity edge or bloodthirster, whichever you fancy. 4th Item, either of those depending on your choice. 4th item, GET WARMOGS. Here's the reason, with this build you are squishy as talon, face it, might as well build with tank like HP, but burst dps. You will have any caster, melee, or ranged running for thier lives. Now after Warmogs armor, you can go 2 of three ways, get atmas and thornmail, or atmas and Ghostly Visage. You WANT atma for this build, because you Had just purchased warmogs armor, and atma does more damage the more base hp you have.

Summoner spells I use are simple, but very VERY useful as talon. Ignite to counter both trynd's ult and warwicks passive in terms of healing and of course, initial ganks early game. For the second summoner spell, take Exhaust. Reasons are this, slow down your opponent in both movement speed and attack/casting speed. Also,with masteries, if you followed my mastery page, with the point in exhaust, it reduces both magic resist and ARMOR. Helps in both team fights and solo ganks.

Talon is a great jungler/roamer. And just so, it's great for coordinating ganks and team fights to take down people fast, and disappear just as quickly. Talon does not want to stay in lanes after level 9. This way, you should have some item upgrades to kill creeps easily. You do not want your opponent to see you often, you want them to think more on where you could be, and if they are your next target. They'll be so busy looking for you, that they won't pay attention to everything else (hopefully) and allow you to become more powerful and they won't be able to stop you.

Farming is absolutely integral to Talon and his style of play. For the heavy damage you will inflict with the build I've provided, it comes with a price, you need to get kill shots fast and efficiently. But nearly every game I've played, my end game gold score was anywhere between 9-13k.

Pros:

Great for coordinating ganks.

Squishy

[List=2] Very expensive gold wise to get the items you need.
[List=3] Slightly challenging, you need to know when to use what, and be prepared to get out in a hurry if your attack doesn't go as planned.
