-Avoid getting hooked.

-Shield if you think he will auto you with passive.

-Waste of polymorph; do not use it on Thresh, use it on the adc instead.

Blitzcrank

Major

-Avoid all hooks.

-Easily pokable.

-Play behind minions if you suspect he has q up.

-Waste of polymorph.

Nautilus

Extreme

-Avoid all hooks.

-Too tanky with shield.

-Do not poke Nautilus. (Waste of time)

-He soak in lots of damage.

-Do not play aggressively against Nautilus.

Level 8+ threat.

Nami

-Skill matchup-

-Avoid getting poked.

-Highly recommend to time her poke and counter it with Lulu shield.

-Not pokable, her trades are stronger.

-Nami's poke spacing has more range than Lulu's.

-Level 6+ threat.

Janna

-Skill matchup-

-Avoid getting hit by tornados.

-She becomes slightly annoying at level 6.

-Play more aggressive in lane if you have map info of Janna roaming to mid.

Braum

Minor

-Avoid getting hit by his q

-Try wasting Braum's mana when he is shielding the adc with your q and e.

-The use of Polymorph is highly recommended on Braum.

-Avoid getting stunned by his auto passive.

-Easy poking target.

Rakan

Extreme

-Skill matchup-

-Avoid getting hit by his q and w.

-Carefully use Lulu's w and her ult when Rakan engages in a fight.

Level 7~

Malphite

Major

If tank Malphite Threat level 3.

-Poking is useless.

-Polymorph becomes handy when he gets too close.

If AP Malphite Threat level 7-8.

-If Malphite chooses to go the AP path, max Lulu's e for more shield power.

-Time her ult precisely after Malphite ult knock up so he doesn't one tap you.

-You cannot win against AP Malphite.

Karma

Extreme

-Skill Matchup-

-Avoid her q's.

-You should avoid getting too close into her zone if you plan on poking her.

-Karma's kit is slightly stronger than Lulu's.

-Highly recommend hitting as many q's as possible.

-Shield your teammates if you suspect them getting hit by her empowered q.

-You can still get immobilized if you polymorphed her after she used her w on you. (if you are in her zone)

-Karma can punish you very hard if you fall behind or overcommit.

Level 6-7 Threat.

Maokai

Tank Maokai

-Pointless to cheese him. (his passive heals all of your damage over time)

-Highly recommend polymorphing him.

-You can rush Crucible to cleanse your cc if they don't have a cleanse item/spell.

-Your ult can bounce off Maokai's w.

Yuumi

Minor

-Poke Yuumi's adc as much as possible. (exhaust all of her mana)

-Avoid her q pokes.

-Polymorph her adc will shut her down temporarily.

Pyke

Even

-Avoid getting hooked.

-Highly recommend using polymorph.

-Your ult can counter him.

Milio

Tiny

-Skill matchup-

-Avoid her rolling ball.

-Poke as much as you can without negatively trading damage back.

-Recommend polymorphing the adc instead and ignite the adc if she is healing the adc.

Leona

Extreme

-You cannot poke her (too tanky)

-Her engages are extremely powerful.

-Avoid her e at all times.

-Power zoning champion.

-She can reach you through minions.

-Highly recommend using polymorph.

-Lulu's ult bounces off Leona's e engage.

level 9+ Threat.

Morgana

Extreme

-Annoying pool of sht poke.

-Her early and late game root is broken. You are looking at a 2 second root at level 1, and 3 seconds late game. :/

-Her black shield counters your polymorph.

-Poking is futile, she can black shield.

-If she starts ulting, polymorph her (slows her down) if she hasn't black shielded herself then run away.

Level 10 Threat.
