you can change overgrowth with revitalize and get spirit visage as your last item for more healing

jak'sho should give around 65of each resist when fully proced with full build
you should get around 4k hp with this build with 180+ of each defense.

haven't used the new item much, but it seems to stay proced a long time after a fight, longer then conqeuror.

this build should work just as good with udyr.


i was excited to use heartsteel on amumu, but after trying it, it was hard to get it to proc alot of the times, and i would end up not having enough defenses to tank.
