So my name is Richard, I am a gold 5 player on the OCE server. So when i started League, i was put in bronze, this was s4, then the next season I ended...bronze again. However in s6, I finally got out of silver, then now s7 I am gold, looking to get plat next season!

Firstly, I kinda just got out of bronze by just playing league quite a lot. And when I did that i just got better and climbed a lot and a lot. However I did learn stuff and improve to climb, even if it was from playing a lot. You may be thinking? Oh, so I just need to play a lot...Well that is not wrong, but this guide will tell you what you need to learn and improve, so what I had learnt and improved as I was playing a lot and i probably didn't even know I was learning and improving. Until i understood the game more and what i actually did.
Therefore this guide will guide you on how to be a better play that can get out of bronze.

CSing, okay before I get into csing, I just want to explain, gold.
So, farming = gold = items = dmg = fed, same with kills, objectives and more. You win league by power, so csing would definitely be important.

Try and set goals for your creep score, try to start a bit low to high, if you can average 80-100 constantly at 10 mins, you are doing good!!!

Tips - last hit, this is so you can ensure you will kill the minion
Avoid letting minions to hit your tower if they are going to do or your champ can't kill them well like Tristana with her buckle shot.

Getting vision is very important, as you know in low elo you always get camped then your jungler doesn't gank.

Well ward, if you ward if gives you vision which allows you to avoid ganks and death so you don't have to throw your lead or just fall behind.

Good spots to ward -
Also if you are a support player, buy a sweeping lens, as you should have your sight stone and then you won't need any extra wards from 4 as much as you need a Sweeping Lens. Sweeping Lens can clear out wards which destroys the enemy teams vision.

Looking online to see who your champ is good or bad against isn't always the best idea. Knowing good match ups based on experience can be better, as online might say Fizz counters Yasuo blah blah, which can be true however, if your Yasuo and you know how to use minions to dodge Fizz's trickful playster on you or/and know how to Wind Wall Fizz's ult, so base your skill and experiences on match-ups, same goes with good match ups. But if it comes to Fizz just spray some salt on that fish too.

As I am a player who has gotten a 14 day ban after getting chat bans, ik the feeling of salt. But do not flame, you can go for Apdo's move and /mute all, but maybe just try and don't type unnecessary stuff into chat. Typing toxicity in chat makes you and your teammates play worse, as it makes your team toxic too and salty. Also it waste your time and distracts you from the game.

As champs with high mobility and a good ability to roam, roaming is a good feature you can do in league as it help other lanes and you too. Just remember to push your lane first so when you get back from lane you have your minions pushed to you where you want them, just not near tower and so you don't miss any xp or gold from minions too. Good champs to roam can be LeBlanc, Zed, Yasuo and more.
