Off the start you are reliant on the burst damage of electrocute and your skills. After you start building items especially rageblade, the longer you can stay engaged the better. I feel like everyone underestimates the power of Vi's W. With the new rageblade, hitting your Q, AA, E combo starts the battle with rageblade fully activated. With every 2 hits proccing 10%maxhp damage and then increasing your atk speed and rageblade gets stronger after your first proc as well.

I have never seen this build anywhere, it might really suck to everyone else but i wanted to share because its alot of fun and i want everyone to try it!

There is another set of runes i have tried using Precision tree instead of the Domination tree. If you are trying to focus more on the atk speed part of the build, you can run Lethal Tempo, Triumph, Alacrity, and Coup de Grace
