SHe's not like Orianna, Cass, Anivia, or anyone with constant mana expenditure.
Tryed your masteries and it helps you harass alot but i dont agree with the build... I think Abyssal is a must. And wouldnt GA lower your one shot potential in late game? Plus from what i saw most of the mid laners are using Frost Queen Claim. What are your opinions?

I agree with both of those but personally I think they are situational items, as explained in the guide.
In regards to Frost Queens Claim, I will definitely be adding that into the list, thanks. I agree that it is a super strong mid lane item right now since the updates. And with LB's mobility, that thing will be deadly.... core item though? I'm not sure, but i will test it out.
Hi, what are the best runes too use? I've seen alot of different rune pages on this site. I saw some with scaling cdr blue and scaling hp seals with ap quints en magic pen reds. (Febiven https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBHYWxctN4A) Also I've a question about how to teamfight with leblanc. I always get 2 or 3 kills in lane but when teamfights are starting I'm dieing alot and I lose my advantage on the enemy midlaner. (Like early mid 5 1 3 and then like 6 8 10 or else) I really hope you can explain how to teamfight and maybe make a guide of it because I coulndt find some on the internet.

Thanks for the comment. To maintain a lead that you might have gotten during laning phase, I usually start to push the lane hard then ROAM as much as possible. With a force like LeBlanc moving around the map quickly, you should be able to keep snowballing fairly easily. As for teamfights, just make sure you enter late (unless you have an easy ADC kill) and use distortion to juke and put out damage at the same time.

Nice guide man~! Do you have any math behind when Mejai's a cost-efficient item on LeBlanc?

In regards to Mejai's, I honestly don't think it's ever a good idea, unless you're confident that you can keep snowballing. Even though LB can escape death quite easily, she is still fairly squishy and prone to death. It's 1250 now for a Large Rod which gives you 60AP... 1400 for Mejai's for an inital 20 AP - that means you will need at least 2 more kills without dying before even seeing the benefits of Mejai's. IMO just not worth the risk.

Umm I don't mean to be mean but I thought that I would point this out. The masteries you have for LeBlanc are messed up. You cant even put points into some.
