This build is my own build that I use. It is based on getting to be able to spam your Q, Rocket Grab. This build is meant to have FUN in the game, a.k.a. be able to pull someone to your teammates for a free assist. What people end up doing WRONG with this build is they think that it is a carry build, it is a MAJOR support build. It is fun to play with this build when you are playing with friends on Skype or Ventrillo, because then you can coordinate things.

These runes are for the simple fact of being able to pull and knock-up CONSTANTLY. It really helps to get the 40% cool-down because by the time you pull, knock-up, and use your ultimate, your knock-up is refreshed. You CAN replace the Quintessences with AP Quints, or Magic Pen. Quints.

The masteries are just gravy. They reduce incoming damage, therefore classing you as a tank, while being able to run like a *i*ch. You also get some AP from the masteries, so you get an early game boost. There are many different mastery combinations, this is the one I use.

Not a lot of damage
Ultimate isn't as useful as it could be
Only really good if you are good at skill shots

Blitzcrank is not an OP champion for the single fact that he is focused by people because they think he IS OP, when you play Blitzcrank, if you find you're getting targeted by people(whether fed or not) sub out any of your items for some survivability. Blitzcrank is a fun champion to play and is very useful in team fights, because he can single out one of their champions OR he can take out the AD/AP carry to give your teammates a chance to score and ace or just pick the AD/AP carry off first. This is possible, and has a better chance of happening. When you play Blitzcrank, try to play with friends and use Skype to get the best communication with your team.

-NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A GOOD GAME, THEY HAPPEN SOMETIMES. SOMETIMES THE OTHER TEAM JUST SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO KEEP YOUR WHOLE TEAM UNDER CONTROL.
