Well there isn't really much to and this is my first build I jsut wanted to make because ive never seen one made for Wukong that worked well and this one seems to rape for me.

I get the Armor Pen for The Red Runes(i say color because i mix up names all the time)because this way well it just does more damage in my opinion and it makes it more difficult for tanks to not die lol.The Yellow runes I get Atk Dmg because i feel I don't really need the extra Atk Damage as much as I need the other stuff.The Blue I get Atk Speed so it helps to farm a bit faster and well kill Champs easier.I get The Purple ones with a bit of everything so has to not mess with the Balance.

Well this is very simple I just already used this for Ashe and looked at it and thought it would work well and it did thats all their is to it.

Ok I get Berserker's Greaves first for the Atk Speed bonus thats nice early game and well when do you not need to run into and out of battle quickly?espically if they try to Rape Bush(i love to do that)Now I get Tiamat 2nd for the Regen so that I can stay in Lane longer without haveing to back plus the Atk Dmg is VERY good for the price in my opinion and the Passive is Great for farm.Ok now the Next Item is trick see sumtiems depending if I'm owneing or not depends here if im doing good I usely get Hexdrinker for slight bounes Atk dmg and it helps wen u nearly die But if they are stomping me il Get Phage first it just depends.I go for the main Trin Force after all this because where can you go wrong with a Trin Force?Now as for the other 2 items is jsut more damage to kill as usual some times I get a Bloodthirster instead of Infin Edge it jsut depends.

You Only need rank 1 Decoy that early and the rest is jsut ya thats how it is.
