Tips

Try getting kills with Q but if low hp make sure there no creeps around other wise auto becaus gna take to long if creeps around

If low hp before recall use W, you never know

Meditate

If being chased by some one use meditate if have alot of ap becaus it gives alot of armor and magic resist and heals more than they do damage
