cost only 300 more than a BF sword giving you also a lot of mana regen, about 45 AD (if you take it at early game) and a lot of mana. Whit Manamune you have to spread your skills. You are still AD.You have to keep play as you want till you will have your Lich Bane, giving you more movement speed and a good unique passive. Also, whit Ehed Gunblade a lot of Healing comes from your basics attack and the Fear who will works like a little "Fiddle drain". Sure, low drain but you can keep movie and attack wile doing it.
Conclusion
Remember that you can change your Nashoor Toth whit a Will of Ancient to powerize your drain spell :) and have more fun.
If you are planning to play Nocturne builded this way in ranked game you are crazy.
