In game beginning don't push stay difencive farm your Q and wait for ganks . Use your E only to clean minions waves then you don't what them to get pushed under your turrent and you can use your E to poke your opponent but be careful don't over do it because you'll get 0 mana especially if your opponent has good life steal.

If your expecting to get early ganks you should take W at lvl 2.

After lvl 6 you can get more aggressive but only then you have ulty ON and farm your Q.

After you get grail and reuse boots your cd on Q will be 2.5 so now you can last hit all minions with Q.

At full build you will be a little tanky but not real tank but with insane damage something like 1.5k 2k crits will be normal :D and squishy caries have 2k hp :D yea one hit.
