Ok so this build is for Ryze my Ryze to be exact. He's a monster!

Chose this rune set up because it sets early game domination.
At level three you can just about drop 9/10 champs(unless they are tanks or LuLu)

Focuses on CDR and Mana regen.
kinda self explanitory.

Ok so i use flash but you can use anything as long as you keep Clarity its makes the nuking never stop!

You might think this guild weak cuz it has no flashy pics or any thing like that Ohwell im not a coder or a writer im a gamer.
