NEVER play rammus outside of the jungle. Almost every champ in the game would be better with the farm from top lane, he would get dominated by any ranged champ due to the fact that he has NO way of trading with them. Also your stat balancing is way off you have got far to much armor/MR for your health. In addition "Their team has some AD but no auto attackers" is the criteria for buying a FH? An item that gives 20% reduced attackspeed.

But you should upload bigger pictures for some times.
Maybe you can make a mastery and a Runes contribution.
