So I was into Annie a long while ago but then I kinda fell out of it with her and had really just lost my touch eh maybe it was because I started getting way to cocky and doing what ever I wanted hahaha funny now that I look back

ITEMS

alright there are a few options in this build some times i like to do lvl 1 boots before i get the crystal but that's only if I'm fighting some one like cho'gath, karthes, brand, or swain it just allows you to get away easier making them waste there mana

The next one is between morello's and frozen heart it really depends on what you need more the AP or the Armor either way your getting the cooldowns that you need

The next one is for your last item if i need the extra nuke i like to go with zhonya's if i want the enemy team to be mad and give up on killing me i build warmogs

Runes

I like to build my runes and masteries as you see them the only real option i leave my self is the quints again this is an AP to HP choice remember Annie's shield is really strong with enough HP and that shield you can become a really strong tank for a short time while you wait for cooldowns or for your getways

Skills

with the skills I like to start DISINTEGRATE for the sustain and it has high dmg and range allowing you to control the lane and keep up on gold remember last hiting with your Q FULLY refunds your mana spent on the spell another thing remember your shield may add a stack to your stun count but it does not spend it so even if your at 5 and shield you do not have to start over as well I to leave my counts at 4 then come into the fight Q then T-Bomb (timber/R) then W,Q,E,Q,W,Q also remember when your in lane especially if your in mid nothing pisses off your opponent more than when you flash at them and then T-Bomb for the stun ignite Q W late game this can kill early game this can kill
