Hey Guys.
I want to help you with my build. Try it, its very easy. A little bit LoL-Experience and you can play Graves easily.

The build works pretty good!
My record stats: 42/4/17. Second Record 38/2/21 in normal - Games.

Tip: Try to get the Last-hits and you will become your Equipment very fast. Its easy to get Minnions with Graves.

You use the normal Ad-Masteries. 21|0|9.

You can play offensive because you Q-Skill will fear the enemy.
Dont go alone at the early game. Your mate have to help you.
If you get infinity edge you can kill them very fast. You will make enough dmg with your Q and your Criticals.
With Frozen Mallet you will be unbeatable alone and in Teamfights.!

Tip: Use Smokescreen to escape or to blind the enemies in an teamfight.

The Q-Skill of Graves makes the most Damage in the early game and have to be first max.
Use it if you´re sure that you can hit an enemy.
Tip: You make more damage if you are near to the enemy.

You dont need any Creeps from the jungle. But if you have enough time to take the red then get the buff.
Dont try the Dragon alone before you got Infinity Edge.

I use always Flash and ignite with Graves. So you can earnt some feed in the earlygame. this is important for the lategame.
With Flash you can escape and some more.

Maybe Graves is OP to this time. But don´t overestimate Graves. Its not easy at the first game. You need Experience.
