....Still reading.....
Will get back later. Rune are bad dude.... see above explanation.
Don't mix runes like that, most are only really efficient if you stack them up. Glyphs of armor are meh, seals of AD are bad, and you throw in 2 penetration marks for apparently ***** and giggles. Moving onto the items, they're convoluted and hard to understand (you appear to buy 4-5 Spirit Of the Elder Lizards. I eventually realized you're describing your inventory, in which case you shouldn't show the longswords as well as the Elder Lizard). Alacrity is meh at best on Ezreal, as Furor provides more MS. I don't like Essence Flux at level 3. Those points in Havoc would be better in Sorcery, especially for a cooldown reliant champion like Blue Build Ezreal. Hiding your guide in spoilers is a pain for those who wish to read it. However, most of your coding is good and I love your content and mindset, including the SivHD quote and anti-rage mentality. I need to read it fully, but it seems like a good build. +1 but please fix the runes and clear up the items.
Appreciate the honest feedback. In response to the runes, I did actually put them in for amusement (+ still play using them) as I argued with a friend that the difference between flat damage runes + the penetration runes was negligible as long as you had 78 damage at the start for last hitting. I simply included it in the guide because that was on my rune page, I forgot to ever change them back. Thanks for that + I altered the runes. In response to boots of Alacrity, the reason I suggest them is that most users are not proficient at mid team fight flutter-stepping, making the most of what boots of furor have to offer. Also, in around 50% of games I still get boots of Alacrity as the flat movement boost helps traverse the map, plus when you get attacked or chased, often having flat movement can be more useful for running away successfully, then having to pause + gain more movement to run by landing a hit. Also, in team fights, it allows for finer re-positioning without having to make it obvious to the enemy from what direction you will start attacking. In a team fight, often the fight starts + you stay where you pick, but boots of furor narrow this option pool, as it is more economic to often keep attacking once you start, rather than launching a q or otherwise, then using the movement to help with re-positioning. Either way, your point is taken well. Essence Flux at level 3 is done purely for its ability to be cast through/over targets, as sometimes you will find a pesky minion between you + the enemy target, nurfing a lot of your damage if you engage around level 3, + cannot get your q damage to connect directly. Its cast time in terms of animation time is so short it fits nicely between an auto attack when q is on CD, allowing you to deliver more damage than just doing, AA --> Q --> AA --> Wait --> AA --> Q etc, as you can do AA --> Q --> AA --> W --> AA --> etc often. Plus the small bonus to attack speed will help minorly augment your support's damage (who is hopefully between you + them), enough to mean a difference in the early 2v2 engage at bot, that can be down to as little 5-40HP in terms of who lives + who dies sometimes. Whoever attacks first often has a major edge.

Readers will get tired of having to open up each one...
Also, may want to shorten item suggestions in the cheat-sheet, I like the many options you provide, but it's way longer than the norm!
