Seems like all the other top laners are put in the Threats section.
What top champion can Kayle really beat and win her lane against?

Most champs that don't have much mobility or hard cc can't do much against Kayle, especially late game. The threats list is mostly based off of laning phase, as Kayle can basically 1v1 every champ if she can scale well to late game, but champs like Darius and Garen who have pretty limited mobility, but strong all in are really easy to lane against once you hit 6 and you just don't let them all in. That's why the biggest threats are champs that can just immediately hop on you at a moments notice like Jax and Wukong

Hey, what are your thoughts of rageblade third before rabadons?

I think that rageblade would be best as a replacement for lich bane if you want more sustained damage, maybe against a tank or something, but personally I never really run it. On hit builds with Kayle are unfortunately a thing of the past now. Also I would probably still get it after rabadons because it doesnt offer you more AP for your abilities and rabadons is a huge spike.
