HI!! i like your guide but no offense i think you copied a little from http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/really-in-depth-are-you-ready-for-trouble-season-6-guide-448073
like i saw ur guide before but then u started using words like 'retaliate' and it very similar. you even have dodge abilities and the laning phase bits. before, i didnt see that but now you put it after the above guide was published! thanks! :)
I have had my guide for almost two and a half years now. I keep my guide constantly updated with information from only the best Katarina players along with my own experiences. I consistently read through all new guides that I feel show potential in the Katarina section of the mobafire community to not only check that my guide excels above all others but to provide people new to guide making with pointers to making their guide better. I've yet to read their guide as I'm rather busy, however. If you doubt the validity of my guide, then do not use my guide. I have no reason to copy their content. I can get by more than well on my own time with my own understanding of my game. The only thing I've updated since they have had their guide in high ratings is my mastery section which I updated based on my own thoughts and opinions. If you think that I am plagiarizing others, bring it up in my private messages with cited proof along with your reasoning. Thank you for being aware of these things though, but know that I would never plagiarize anothers work.
P.S. I've only used retaliate once in the entirety of my guide and that section has been out for 6+ months. same with the laning phase section and all other things you mention. this is back when I was working with utopos on my guide (you can see these changes logged by my conversations with him in the comments). That section alone has probably existed long than this new guide you speak of was made. Thank you again!

Love the guide, has worked well for me, though, do you have any more specific pointers against Zed? I have a never ending difficult time against him in lane to the point of totally blanking out and panicking when I face him because I feel as though there is nothing I can do to keep pressure on him. As soon as I think I have him pushed back, he just dominates me with all the damage he does. Any tips?
Thank you so much for your compliments! I struggle a lot in this match up as well and it tends to be one of my hardest. Personally, I take cloth and 4 health pots and roam. Dodging his skillshots take a lot of prediction and practice. even with near perfect play he can still be a nuisance just because he has so much damage and can roam just as well as you can.
Some analyses of your replays that you sent me. I analyzed one of your team fights, and applied (hopefully) your idea of your damage zones. Let me know what you think

I've marked up some of your gameplay section to show places where it'd be a good idea to insert pictures to space out your text. Each of the red lines in the picture below are places where you can insert a picture to help describe what you're talking about, while at the same time spacing out your points.
Alternatively, you can use tables (see my analysis above) to make it easier to read your guide, and also optimize your space.
Sorry for the incredibly long time it took me to respond back to what you said. My computer has been on the fritz recently and I just recently was able to get it working. I enjoy what you have provided me with. Would it be okay if I used your pictures, I have a different writing style from yours and it would probably be best for me to rewrite most of your paragraphs. But, I definitely like your paragraphs and it's exactly what I meant when I said damage zones. I've had to reset my computer to factory settings so most of those replays probably don't work anymore so it'll take me a bit to re-accumulate some replays to work with. But, beyond that I enjoy what you've said and plan on implementing it as soon as I get the chance to.

As a reminder, I'd like to reiterate that the score that's attached with your guide ins't necessarily representative of the actual quality of the guide, but should instead be used as a way to gauge the relative importance of the points that i'm bringing up.
I'd like you to really spread out some of your sections. A lot of the sections are so dense with information that it's hard for me to absorb the information, and the significance of the points that you're trying to bring up. Another thing that i'd like you to do is try and include more pictures in your guide. They'll allow you to space out your text more, without making your guide seem too empty. Let me know if you have any questions :)
Sorry for taking so long to get back to your guide - It's nearing finals week for me, and my mind is on so many things, that I'm quite forgetful. I'll try to be more responsive in the future, although I can't promise that my responsiveness will improve until my exams are over at the end of the month.
Thanks for your patience,
~Michael
Hello, you requested a review from my guide review service this past weekend.
I make my mark-ups of your guide, and uploaded them as a PDF - I hope that's OK. As a reminder, I'd like to reiterate that the score that's attached with your guide ins't necessarily representative of the actual quality of the guide, but should instead be used as a way to gauge the relative importance of the points that i'm bringing up.
A good start to a guide. I'd like to see you add some more content with the gameplay, team fighting, and roaming sections though. I think I outlined my comments in the review pretty thoroughly, but if you have any questions, feel free to respond to my post here, post on my review thread, or PM me if for some reason i'm taking a long time to respond. Once you add adequate content to those three section though, I'll be sure to upvote the guide, and +scout it. At any rate, I hope you got something out of my review. If you did, throw me a +rep - it means a lot to me :)
Thanks for your time,
Michael
I've fixed every single thing you provided me to fix. The only thing I didn't fix is the masteries. The reason I stick by my masteries is because
