Greetings!

I have looked through you guide and I believe that with a bit more effort, you can make a good guide . Lets begin with the cheat sheet:

Summoner Spells:

Exhaust: In over 95% of cases, flash is more useful than exhaust. Especially on a champion who lacks reliable mobility. You don't need exhaust Warwick's ult alone is more than enough for a cc ability.

Runes:

Greater Seal of Scaling Armor: I understand that Warwick has a lot of sustain, but you should not under estimate the new S5 jungle. I recommend Greater Seal of Armor, it keeps you healthier and it offers more defense against an invasion from the enemy team.
Greater Quintessence of Life Steal: Looks good on paper, but there is better. I would take Quintessence of Attack Speed. More hits means more attacks means more life steal. It procs your passive even more so it would (arguably) sustain better.

Items:

I would place the "FULL BUILD" part in the end after your defensive options. I would also rename it to "FULL BUILD EXAMPLE" or something similar to avoid confusion.
Try separating the essential items and the starting items.
You may have gone overboard with three core/essential offensive items. Try decreasing it to two and adding the one you excluded down in the offensive options.
Don't try to squish every detail in the notes, you have the entire guide to talk about it.
