interesting ill try it some time

i liked it thumbs up. some suggestions. where to start.. first off your killing yourself with the items your buying you could be alot better. first thing your going to buy is infinity edge. then phantom, bloodthirst x2 (if u want) then madred. also go with all crit runes. your first buy should be brawlers gloves. this alows you to start a game with 40% crit and puts you on your way to your first few key items. if you go this build end game you will have 100% crit. 100% attack speed. you will be doing over 50% life steal. at 500 damage a hit. now max attack speed is 2.5 a sec. so you can do. 1250 damage a sec regular attack. with 625 health coming back to you. where this really shines is when you pop you ult. if you can line up right you will attack 2 maybe 3 champions and alot of minions. see where im going with this? each attack is going to do 500 damage.say you hit 5 target.(that's conservatively.) thats 1250 life you have stolen back. in 1 attack. but wait, you get 2.5 attacks in 1 sec. so that's over 3000 health returned to you in 1 second. which is well over your max health. if your enemy are even still alive after a few hits use ES and they are done. also you take your stealth ability first lvl. most good players that see a twitch on the loading screen will buy a sit pot right off. and come get u early for an easy kill. its far better to take esponge first lvl. one you have attacked them a few times hit it and they will die. you cannot do this with your stealth. this almost doubles twitch's damage output at first lvl. and you can hide in the pushes like everyone else.

May I ask why you didn't get Archaic Knowledge? Twitch needs a little more attack speed since the recent patch, but the 4 points into Alacrity isn't needed. 15% Magic Pen is much better for your poison and Expunge, and Madred's if you decide to pick it up.

Also, starting with a Boots of Speed isn't worth it. I recommend getting a Doran's item since it's a stronger starting item for Twitch. Believe it or not, a Doran's Shield will outheal 3 HP pots overtime while laning.

Getting Debilitating Poison at level 4 is a giant mana dump when used with Ambush+Expunge. You will hardly have any mana left over.

Another thing is that you get an Avarice Blade and then an Executioner's Calling. I believe that you should only get 1 or 2 Avarice Blades, or just an Executioner's Calling. That way, you won't be putting yourself behind on your B.F. Sword. Another point is that you have ZERO defense items for Twitch. One stun and you're done.
