Vaynes Abilities

This build brings great early game damage and movement speed (which will help Vaynes passive greatly)

Lets learn her Ablilities:

Tumble (Q) - Vayne tumbles, maneuvering to carefully place her next shot. Her next attack deals bonus damage.
Rolls a short distance. The next basic attack within 6 seconds deals 0.3/0.35/0.4/0.45/0.5 bonus physical damage, equal to 30/35/40/45/50% of total Attack Damage.
Cost40 ManaRange300
Should be chosen as your first ability at level 1, gives amazing harrasment and great speed for chasing, doesnt go back on cooldown untill you hit something, so is great for chasing but not as great for running away. By far my favourite ability of Vaynes

Silver Bolts (W PASSIVE)- Vayne tips her bolts with a rare metal, toxic to evil things. The third consecutive attack or ability against the same target deals a percentage of the target's maximum Health as bonus true damage. (Max: 200 damage vs. Monsters)
Every third consecutive attack or ability against an enemy deals an additional 20/30/40/50/60 plus 4/5/6/7/8% of the enemy's maximum Health as true damage. (Max: 200 damage vs. Monsters)
CostPassive Range0

By far the coolest melter shes got, you want to max this second. Silver Bolts give great damage towards tankier foes as it deals a percentage of the targets maximum health every 3rd attack

Condemn (E)- Vayne draws a heavy crossbow from her back, and fires a huge bolt at her target, dealing damage and knocking them back. If they collide with terrain, they are impaled, dealing bonus damage and stunning them.
Fires a bolt that deals 45/80/115/150/185 (+0.5) physical damage and knocks the enemy back. Enemies that collide with terrain take 45/80/115/150/185 (+0.5) additional physical damage and are stunned for 1.5 seconds.
Cost90 ManaRange575

Phenominal ability for many tactics as it would be to knock a foe towards one of your team mates by tumbling behind them or to stun them if you Condemn them into a wall by tumbling beside or at any angle to where you're facing a wall. Condemn would be very hard to pull off if it wasnt for your tumble, tumble allows you to get into place so you can pull off a tactic that we will later be talking about. this ability is great for the control of the enemy involved but is not your first choice for damage and this ability includes a hefty mana cost so i reccoment maxing Condemn last.

Final Hour (R ULTIMATE) - Readying herself for an epic confrontation, Vayne gains increased Attack Damage, invisibility during Tumble, and triple the bonus Movement Speed from Night Hunter.
Gains 25/40/55 Bonus Attack Damage for 8/10/12 seconds. While active, Tumble grants invisibility for 1 second, and Night Hunter's bonus Movement Speed is increased to 90.
Cost80 ManaRange0

This ability would have to be one of my favourite ultimates out of all the champions because of its tactiacal use, Final Hour allows you to go invisible on use of your tumble for 1 second which is incedible, the invisibility allows you to dodge skill shots, lose an enemy, get into perfect position to condemn without the enemy being able to see you and move out of the way, and to get out safely in team fights if you are caught in the middle (which btw, is a very bad move if you are an AD carry lol, but of course you already know that)i recomend you use this whenever a fight occurs whether its a 1v1 or a team fight because of the amazingly short cooldown for an ultimate and it benefits you greatly.

AND FINALLY
her passive

Night Hunter (PASSIVE) - Vayne ruthlessly hunts evil-doers. She gains 30 Movement Speed when moving toward nearby enemy champions.

This is a phenomenal passive and great for Vayne, this allows you to gain a significantly a large movement speed boost when you are moving towards or chasing an enemy CHAMPION

Build Pros vs. Cons

PROS
Gives great chasing (Swiftness and Exhaust+Flash)
Phenomenal early game damage
Fairly good sustain through a bit of lifesteal
Good Attack Speed
Does help against AP champs because of the magic resist runes (helps to gank mid with being able to go back to your lane with enough health)

CONS
Low health and does NOT help on the fact that Vayne is really squishy
Can easily lose to another AD carry if unskilled or unexperienced

Tactics

Vayne has a large variety of tactics and is more reccomended for skilled and experienced players (but i made this build to help ya :D)

Tumble---Allows for positioning for Condemning into a wall or into a team and/or teamate, escaping or "juking" enemies if they are chasing you, more effective when in Final Hour because of the invisibility because you can tumble backwards if they're chasing you and completely confuse your enemy. there is alot of ways to use tumble well.

Silver Bolts--- Now this doesnt have much strategy to it, just for my reccomendation when you are harrasing in lane you must get 2 stacks of Silver Bolts on the enemy then tumble to proc the 3rd stack for max damage and to ensure the 3rd stack of SB

Condemn--- its a **** block! if they be wantin a peice of Vayne they be gettin slammed BUT right into a wall. my reccomendation, always get them into the wall, it takes time to get it perfect and it really isnt an ability you want to mess up because it can help the opponent and the mana cost is very high even at level 1
