Intro

My bro told me to make this cause I play Kog better than he does.

Runes

For the marks they haven't put mark of destruction in yet but its magic pen and armor pen, for seals you go with 5 seal of clarity and 4 seal of intellect, for glyph you use 9 glyph of alacrity, for the quint you use quint of alacrity.

I WOULD USE MARK OF DESTRUCTION INSTEAD OF MARK OF DESOLATION

Masteries

Nothing much to it just follow it.

Items

You want to follow the items on the guide. At the last 2 items you have a choice. If there is a tank and you need to chew through his health go with Black Cleaver and Infinity Edge. The other way is if you are taking alot of damage you get The Bloodthirster.

Skills

For skills you start with Void Ooze for the slow, then its Bio-Arcane Barrage for the insane range and somewhat increase in damage, Then its Caustic Spittle for the damage increase and somewhat Attack Speed, With Living Artillery at 6/11/16 a long-range blast with a delay that can be fired in grass and the fog of war to hit champs that are recalling or are low health, you can out range turrets with this spell but be careful.

Your passive is after death experience. If you die no-matter what you chase that champ if they get away you get the minions. But dont die on purpose. Nobody likes a person that feeds.

Summoner Spells

I go with Teleport and Clarity. Teleport is optional you can go with ether Flash or Surge. You go with clarity for the mana that way you can stay and fight for that kill. I don't got with ignite cause it is point less with Kog cause all you have to do is hit R and lead the target.
