I was playing a game with Veigar, who used to be my favorite champion. I have only lost a couple time in mid. And when I came across a Leblanc, I said " This will be a piece of cake, she's ap, so she will die." Then later in the game, I was just getting destroyed by her combo. Her damage was just so crazy high, and I couldn't even touch her or get a hold of her. So I tried her out, and she is just a great champion. A lot of damage, and can escape quite a bit. She is a very great mid champion, and I strongly recommend her, however she is slightly harder to use than other mid champions.

Sigil of Silence is a really good spell for harassing. When in mid lane against another, just keep spamming them and lowering them. Once you get Sigil of Silence around lvl 3, and have distortion, start using those together. Use distortion to get to them, then use sigil of silence to damage, and then hit distortion again. Excellent way of damaging. Once you got all of your spells at a higher rank, use this combo to take down enemies instantly. Flash, Sigil of Silence, Mimic, Distortion, and if you have to, use ehtereal chains to bind them. Those are great ways to just wreck with Leblanc.

First item : Boots of Speed and 3 Health Pots. I like using these items from the beginning, for you can use the extra speed, and the health pots are useful so that you can stay in lane a bit longer, without using your teleport, or b.

2nd Item : Mejai's Soulstealer. Mejai's Soulstealer is just an awesome item. It's good for Leblanc, because you should be getting a lot of kills, so that means you get more stacks and that you will get more Ability Power. And you also get some cooldown reduction, which is always good :)

3rd Item : Rabadon's Deathcap. This item is just SOOOOO important for Ap's. This item gives you so much ability power, and it is just a must have, for it will make your powers super powerful, and you will kill all.

4th Item : Ionian's Boots of Lucidity. These boots are pretty good, I like them for the cdr, which will help you own more with Mimic, and Distortion. I guess other boots can be useful, I just like these the best.

5th Item : Deathfire Grasp. Deathfire Grasp is a pretty good item. It gives you decent amount of Ap, and you get more Cdr. Dfg's Active is pretty powerful, if you have a lot of ability power in the late game. It's not the best item in the League, but I still buy it,

6th Item : Rylai's Crystal Scepter. It's a good item, it gives you decent Ability Power, and 500 health, which is nice. It also is good for the unique passive skill, which slows the enemy, so if you are chasing, or running away, you can survive or kill your enemy.

6th Item Alternate : Zhonya's Hourglass. This is an alternate item. This item is good, because it gives you 100 Ability Power, and 50 armor. It is best to me because of its Unique Active. it will make you immune to all damage for 2 seconds. Even though you are Leblanc, you can still die and not get away. So like diving a turret, you might almost die by it, and then you can use your Zhonya's just to live and keep the Kill streak if you have one.

7th Item : Banshee's Veil. This item is a good defensive item. If you don't need a defensive item, then just go for something else. For this item, it gives you a good amount of stats, and it gives you a good Unique Passive. So say you are engaging in a fight, and a Veigar decides to Ulti you, you are probably going to take a huge hit by that, but with your Banshee's Veil, you will just not get hit by that Veigar, and will just own him and love your life. That Passive also works against Karthus ults, if you are about to die.

For my Leblanc, I use Flash and Teleport. This is a good combo for me, because as Leblanc, I don't open the fight with Distortion, I always start with Sigil of Silence. If I'm far away, and I use Sigil of Silence, they will know, and just run away. However, if you are fast enough, you can use flash, then use the combo I explained in the Skills section of this guide. So that's why I use Flash. Now the reason I chose Teleport, is because when I go to mid with Leblanc, sometimes I get hit pretty hard from a Ryze, or some other champion. So I like to go back, and just come back right away. Also, if you ran out of wards, you can just go to the store, buy some wards and other gear, and just jump right back into battle. Lots of people use Ignite for one of their Summoner Spells. I think that for Leblanc, Ignite is a waste of a Summoner Spell. If you have good items and a good rotation, you can just destroy the other champion, and you won't even need ignite. These are just my opinions of the summoner spells. You can use what you want, I just like these.
