Introduction
For Seals I chose Mana Regeneration per level for some staying power in lane and in fights, your ability's don't mean squat if you can't use them right?
For Glyphs I went with flat Cool Down Reduction, by the time you finish Nashor's Tooth your Righteous Fury will be up all the time!
Finally for my Quintessences I decided some flat Attack Speed was in order now your Righteous Fury will be able to shred that pesky Kog'Maw!
Divine Blessing the worst heal in game? Lets face it the haste buff is the main part of this, Udyr is coming to gank? Throw that on him and wave bye bye to Twitch. Also lets you get assists from doing nothing, just throw this on Shaco as he kills Ryze and you get a free assist (Don't you judge me!)
Righteous Fury! Now this is where the real damage comes from light up your enemy's after using Reckoning! Why did I take Exhaust? Well throw that on Twitch and get a free kill!
Intervention. Now this spell needs a whole guide dedicated to it! Unfortunately I don't have that much time. Okay your Caitlin is going to be focused down? Not with this bad boy she gets free reign on your enemy's! Your Sion got a nasty Ignite ticking him down? Not anymore he doesn't (Use your heal first if it's not enough alone then you know what to do).
