He can dodge everything and come out of nowhere and do a LOT of damage, if you're in this matchup just sit back if you don't see him for a while and wait till some of your creeps get low to see if he shoots at them and breaks his stealth. (Best thing to do when he tries to all in you is just walk away, you never win trades even if you land most of your Q's)
