I don't understand the ability and CD reduction. If the enemy gets magic resist you are stuffed so you should get magic penetration runes.

xspirittx, i agree considering the fact this was a test build for out put SUPPORT, I play 3v3 mostly and i have never been sent to solo top, and I play with my friend whos main is taric, he stun/ heal, I burn we win.

In theory this sounds great, however as soon as the opponents see that you're doing the sunfire cape build, they will buy oracles or wards, and you're an easy prey. the kills you make with those capes, don't give ap stacks, because you don't have mejai. and if they have oracles and you have to fight 1vs1, you almost never win because you don't have much AP. What about replacing 1 sunfire cape for Mejai, you will do a lot more damage when your fighting your enemy and you still do a lot of damage with those capes.

This does'nt work if your enemy isn't a total dumbass, cause if he knows theres an evelynn he will know the dmg is coming from there, plus if they get oracle you become worthless as you have no burst, best evelynn is a mejais stacked one. POINT.
