Gameplay
Early Game
You just HAVE TO get the MID LANE no matter what. Vladimir is a level dependant hero which needs to be lvl 9 as fast as possible. At the start of the game just play defensive at least till you reach lvl 3 or 5. After that start harrassing with Transfusion and Tides of Blood if you are only sure it hits the target. At level 6 harras your opponent till half hp and go with Hemoplague(Ulti) + 1 tides of blood(If u cant land this jst skip this step) + Ignite + Sanguine Pool + Transfussion and get your first kill ^^. Try not to go to base without having enough money to get your Spirit Visage done + at least plain boots.
Mid game
If you have killed your opponent more than once u should be able to get your Spirit visage + sorcerers boots and at least a +20 AP item for your Mejai's. You can either go for a gank now (which i always prefer) or stay in mid and kill your opponent once again and go for ganking after you get your Mejai's. After you got your Mejai's **(when you have 300 or 600 gold to spare always get Elixirs)** u should be constantly ganking both top and bottom lanes. Dont go back yet till you have at least 1600g to get your needlesly large rod. Since you can fill your hp with your Transfusion even if you go down on hp. With constant ganks you should be sitting around with at least 10 stacks and a nice money to get your Zhonya's done. After Zhonya's go get a golem buff and now you are just invulnareble. AT a combat (even if it is 1v4) u wont take any damage at all with this combo.
1)Hemoplague
2)Tides of Blood
3) Sanguine Pool
4) 1 fast transfusion if you are not taking that much damage ( if you are skip this step) 5) Pop your Zhonya's
6) 1 more transfusion
7) Now your Sanguine Pool should be ready again to pop if you got your golem buff
8) Even if it is 1v4 at least 2 of your opponents should have died. Youll jst have to keep Draining your opponents with Transfusion and Sanguine Pool as much as its not on cd.
Late Game
You will try to keep that combo going on at all the fights from now on. Try to keep getting golem buff as much as you can to be invulnerable. If the game hasnt ended and you got your all 6 items done get a auto hit after all spells you cast to get a bonus damage from Lichbane. I played more than 100 games with vladimir and only lost at most 3 games with this item build and combos. Vladimir is still the most op champion in the game. He can even carry 2 feeders in a team. You can only lose the game if you have more than 2 feeders but that wont be your fault anyway since no one can carry 3 feeders.
