No vote up or down, just wanted to provide some feedback. Starting out without mana regen can really cripple especially since you recommended ability power runes which gives you no mana regen at all. Your pictures show success, but I think you could do much better with a different item build.
Sorcerer's Shoes > Boots of Lucidity any day even when you need the CDR, when you get the blue buff, it gives you +27% CDR I believe, so having 30% is overkill
