Hello MJackson, I would highly recommend you using movement speed quintessences. It might be hard to get used to the damage difference but it's more than worth it. Also, I would recommend watching Dopa on youtube. He's the best solo queue player in the world.

The idea behind MS quints are not for kiting. It's actually so you can stun people and catch up to them quicker and also getting CDR boots on TF is a must. Movement speed boots aren't effective enough to make up for the CDR.
