Jarvan IV Passive Ability
Hey there....

Alright I'm gonna start off by saying yes I did rush a catalyst now some of you might ask why, and I respect that but my reason is because early game Jarvan wants mana, and if you're losing health it also helps, basically I like it because you get more mana more health and on level up you gain mana and health making it possible for you to stay in the lane longer.

Next I like mercs treads for the reason that they lessen movement impairing effects and give magic resist.

Obviously if their team is mostly AD I like ninja tabi.

So now I like to build tank before my damage, so to do that I buy a chain vest and a negatron cloak and that should cover my resistances for now.

Then I like to build a giants belt which compliments my resistances very well, then when I can build the chain vest and giants belt into a sunfire, get this it gives you health and compliments your ulti pretty well cause you keep them in range of your sunfire longer therefore doing more damage.

Now that catalyst you bought in the beginning is even more helpful because you now become the proud owner of a Banshees Veil. This is a really nice item because its passive is just so awesome and the MR, Health and Mana are nice too. The health especially cause were gonna need it for our next item.

So this is a common item in most tanky/dps builds I've seen on Jarvan and I liked it so I put it on mine, but it doesn't become really useful until you get your warmogs and then you start doing good damage. But it gives armor which is good for the tank part and you've built up a decent amount of health so it will be pretty effective for now.

Speak of the devil, it's Warmog's well since it's here we might as well buy it. No seriously buy it this will help your damage and tankiness.

Now here you can pick whatever damage item you like, but I like this because of its armor pen, attack speed and damage and such. But like I said its not your only option.
Possibilities:

You can get Bloodthirster if you want some life steal and a good amount of damage.

You can get an Infinity Edge if you want more damage and some crit chance to compliment your atmas.
and so on.
