I don't know if this is a guide for competetive play, but I suggest that you add as situational item. In soloqueue you sometimes have to go Rambo because you're team end up failing to much (this happends me alot). I agree with you that is a great item for , actually its often a better pick than when you are going jungle with but I still feel that it deserves to be mentioned and considered.
