Introduction

Hi, this is a build in Progress that helps keep you alive early on and helps you finish them off late game. Rate and Comment so i can make this build better.

The reason my build is the way it is, is because that Jarvan IV can die early, but has everything to own the enemy. So, for this build, you WILL die less, and you will end up harassing your enemy and easily take them down when they arent looking : D

Masteries

Masteries are mostly self explanatory; the 8 in the defense makes you Regen health really fast, so you can stay in lane while still hurting the enemy

Items

The items in the build really help Jarvan shine : D

ninja tabi helps you tank, and once you hit brutalizer and glacial shroud, you can take a LOT while dishing out tons of damage.

Also, while the health seems low, remember you are gunna have tons of armor, and if they play magic, switch the frozen heart for a FORCE OF NATURE.

For the boots, if they have lots of CC and magic, change to merc treads

If you are fighting enemies with lots of tanks and little range, you might want to start off with a long sword, just because this will help increase damage on your E without bringing you close to getting hurt.

Summary

I need to add more chapters later on, but the main idea is to keep your enemy guessing. Even with 1/4 health, you can ult to kill an ashe, so the enemy will underestimate the power of this build :D

I have also tried to make this build flexible, so you can change your play for every senario. Try it and comment plz!

Laning/Skills

To lane with Jarvan, just choose any lane, though I usually mid. You level up the E first, because with this, you can harass your enemy with its large range. if your enemy is close enough, the standard helps to increase your damage output in range.

On a tangent topic, while the E then Q is VERY useful for a stun, DO NOT FORGET that you can use it the other way. You can use Q to reduce opponent's armor, and then use E for extra damage!

Using this strategy, you can usually push your enemy and lvl up before him.

Once your get catalyst and glacial shroud, you have enough armor and mana to take a beating and still hit enemies very hard.

ON Team fights, do not forget that you need to initiate; Use your ult as both a CC and a damage output to separate the squishy from the pack. W is also very useful to slow down enemies and not die. (btw infinity edge with the ult is relly unfair : D you can take squishies down with a R,Q,E. :D
