Jarvan IV, the Exemplar of Demacia

As the royal family of Demacia for centuries, members of the Lightshield line have spent their lives waging war against any who opposed Demacian ethics. It is said that every Lightshield is born with anti-Noxian sentiment in his blood. Jarvan IV is no exception, even though he is the first Lightshield born to the age of the League of Legends. As his forefathers had before him, he led Demacian troops into bloody engagements with Noxian forces, and on many occasions he has bled alongside wounded allies and fallen comrades. In his most crushing defeat, he was outmaneuvered and captured by a Noxian battalion under the command of Jericho Swain. This mistake nearly cost him his life at the hands of Urgot, but he was rescued by the Dauntless Vanguard, an elite Demacian strike force led by Jarvan's childhood companion, Garen. \n\n Those close to him believed that his capture changed him. Xin Zhao was quoted as saying: ''His eyes never seemed to look at you, only through you to something he could not look away from.'' One day, without warning, Jarvan IV handpicked a squad of Demacian soldiers and left Demacia, vowing to find ''atonement''. He began by tracking and hunting the most dangerous beasts and bandits he could find in northern Valoran, but he soon tired of such prey. Seeking something that only he understood, he ventured south of the Great Barrier. He wasn't heard from again for nearly two years. After many had assumed the worst, he returned to glorious fanfare on the streets of Demacia. His Demacian plates were adorned with the bones and scales of creatures unknown. His eyes bore the wisdom of someone twice his age. Of the twelve soldiers who had departed with him, only two returned. Champion Spells
Martial Cadence
Jarvan IV's attacks deal 10% of the target's current Health as magic damage (max: 400 damage). This effect cannot occur on the same target for 6 seconds.

Dragon Strike
Jarvan IV extends his lance, dealing physical damage and lowering the Armor of all enemies in its path. Additionally, this will pull Jarvan to his Demacian Standard, knocking up enemies in his path.

Golden Aegis
Jarvan IV calls upon the ancient kings of Demacia to shield him from harm and slow surrounding enemies. Triggers automatically if damage would reduce Jarvan IV below 300 Health if it is not on cooldown.

Demacian Standard
Jarvan IV carries the pride of Demacia, passively granting him bonus attack speed and armor. Activating Demacian Standard allows Jarvan IV to place a Demacian flag, granting these benefits to nearby allies.

Cataclysm
Jarvan IV heroically leaps into battle with such force that he terraforms the surrounding area to create an arena around them.

Xin Zhao is probably the best laning partner to have for the fact that they each compliment eachother very well because they both have good disables to keep their enemy in range of their attacks for a long time with Jarvan's Demacian Standard Dragon Strike combo and Xin Zhao's Three Talon strike. Then for slows Jarvan has his Golden Aegis and Xin has hisAudacious Charge. Not the mention the fact that if Jarvan uses Cataclysm Xin can use his charge to engage the arena and fight. And lastly having Jarvan use his Demacian Standard benefits Xin substantially.
Jax Is another great laning partner for Jarvan for he also benefits greatly from Jarvan's Demacian Standard and Jax's Counter Strike is great for holding the enemy in place for Jarvan to throw a Demacian Standard and knock them up with a Dragon strike and lastly because he can jump into the arena and back up Jarvan.

These two should explain that other bruiser types that have some kind of jump's or disables are great partners for Jarvan. The next two however should be self explanitory by their ultimates, but i'll explain them anyway.
FiddleSticks Fiddlesticks is a great champion to lane with Jarvan due to his fear and for the fact that Jarvan can keep the enemy champion within range of Fiddlesticks drain for longer with his Demacian Standard / Dragon Strike combo, and the last part should be obvious, with the fact that Jarvan can surround an enemy inside of fiddlesticks Crowstorm with his Cataclysm or Fiddlesticks can jump into Jarvan's Cataclysm with his Crowstorm
Nunu is another great laning partner because he has a crazy slow that will keep the enemy within range of Jarvan's Demacian Standard Dragon Strike combo. Also because you can stack Nunu's Blood Boil with Jarvan's Demacian Standard to get some crazy attack speed,armor, and movement speed for both champions. And lastly if Nunu uses his Absolute Zero Jarvan can hold them inside the range of it with his Cataclysm

After u buy infinity edge you could buyfrozen mallet orpahntom dancer i bought first frozen mallet then pahntom after this two items u can buy everything what u want but u prefer Bloodthirster and black cleaver
