Martial Cadence This is Jarvan's passive.

Jarvan IV's first attack on a target deals 10% of their current Health as bonus magic damage (max: 400 damage). This effect cannot occur on the same target for 6 seconds.

Dragon Strike

Jarvan IV extends his lance, dealing physical damage and lowering the Armor of all enemies in its path. Additionally, this will pull Jarvan to his Demacian Standard, knocking up enemies in his path.
Jarvan IV extends his lance, dealing 70/120/170/220/270 (+) physical damage and lowering the Armor of all enemies in its path by 10/14/18/22/26% for 3 seconds.

If it contacts his standard it will pull Jarvan IV to its location, knocking up enemies in his path.

Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 Mana
Range: 770

Your main harassment spell, the so called "bread and butter". Does nice amounts of physical damage and totally rapes the squishies off! Watch out to use it too frequently in case you need to escape or interrupt a spell with it.

Golden Aegis

Jarvan IV calls upon the ancient kings of Demacia to shield him from harm and slow surrounding enemies.
Jarvan IV forges a 50/100/150/200/250 (+20/25/30/35/40 health for each nearby enemy champion) health shield for 5 seconds, which slows surrounding enemies by 15/20/25/30/35% for 2 seconds.

Cost: 75/75/75/75/75 Mana
Range: 600

This ability can be used either offensively or defensively and synergies very well with RanduinsOmensize=20 Randuin's Omen.

Demacian Standard

Jarvan IV carries the pride of Demacia, passively granting him bonus attack speed and armor. Activating Demacian Standard allows Jarvan IV to place a Demacian flag, granting these benefits to nearby allies.

Passive: Jarvan IV has 10/14/18/22/26% bonus Attack Speed and 10/14/18/22/26 bonus Armor.

Active: Jarvan IV throws a Demacian flag to a nearby area, dealing 60/110/160/210/260 (+0.8) magic damage to enemies, and granting surrounding allied champions his passive bonus for 8 seconds.

Cost: 60/60/60/60/60 Mana
Range: 830

Jarvan IV heroically leaps into battle with such force that he terraforms the surrounding area to create an arena around them.
Jarvan IV heroically leaps at an enemy champion, dealing 200/350/500 (+) physical damage and creating an arena of impassable terrain around them for 3.5 seconds.

Activate again to collapse the wall.

Cost: 100/125/150 Mana
Range: 650

Look out with champions that have flash or abillities that can flash!

For MARKS i use flat armor pen for the later gaming.
For SEALS i use flat atack speed and flat armor or if youre going to solo against a AD flat dodge.
I don't use mana regen becouse i buy sheen later and thats enough mana for 2 long team fights.
For GLYPHS i use flat atack speed becouse you never get enough.
I don't use magic resist per level becouse most of the time you focus the mage down.
With these runes you can topple towers like a boss and you will let them drop hp way to fast in youre ult!

With my masterie 0-21-9 i make him tanky becouse the runes give enough dmg.
It does make early game way easer.
And it usefull as off-tank as you are.

Summoner Spells

For summoner spells i use flash and exhaust.

Flash for the escape becouse i use my Demacian Standard and Dragon Strike combo to knock up enemies out of ulties and then you still have Flash to escape.

I use exhaust for the high AD carries so it will be easer to get them.

As starting items i'm using boots and 3 health potions.
Later on game i'm buying zeal and trying to complete boots.
Then i buy sheen or finish trinity force.
So now you're pretty strong.
Now the team fights should begin and you try building a atma's and wormogs.
now it is against what team you play to finish the build.

50/50 TEAM

wit's endand phantom dancer.
You're still a off tank but you're doing alot of dmg.

wit's endand force of nature.
You're dmg is still not bad but you won't be going down that easy.

Thornmailand a nice sunfire cape.
you're dmg won't be super high but they can't ignore you.

You can use three types of shoes.

hard CC team

mercury's treads

low CC team

berserker's greaves

low CC ad team team

ninja tabi

Skill Sequence

With skills i start with Demacian Standard becouse it can help you in many ways.
you can use it to check the bush early game for youre farm to topple towers and it has realy good dmg.
i take 1 lvl of Dragon Strike and Golden Aegis for my combo and to escape ganks.
later on i make then both first lvl 2 and then lvl my Dragon Strike for some more dmg.
i leave my golden Aegis first on lvl 2 becouse it gives you quite some armor and slow.
you're ultie you can waste it realy simple by using it immediately then they will just flash out.
how do you use it good?
make sure the Flash is on cooldown or that they don't have a easy escape ability.

early game farming is not supper hard.
you can use you Demacian Standard to help you and use youre passive.
and if your jungler can give you the blue buff you can farm realy fast.
later on it's realy easy Demacian Standard on casters and Dragon Srike it.
farming is pretty important not so important that you got to have top farm but you need a decent farm.
after you have warmog's armor you don't realy need to farm anymore.
only for making it full stacked.
if your not farming so hard you can always buy a heart of gold or a philosopher's stone.
you can also take the golems if its good with the jungler or the wolves.

Team Work

in team fights you go in with you're team by Demarcian Standart and Dragon Strike in.
most of the time enemies use flash that is the best time to do Cataclysm on them.
use you cataclysm on the melee Dps (not the tank) to block range out or you jump range and you will kill them easy.

Jungle intercept

as jarvan you easly can steal enemie jungle by threwing Demacian Standart to take a look and then Dragon strike it for the kill.
at lvl 10 you can kill wraith in 2 sec by doing youre combo.
