Jarvan is Greta solo top champion.He is also great jungler and tank.He is not very easy champion and u have to know when to use his ulti.He has unique abillities and skills,so if you want more difficult champion you should get Jarvan.

Start with boots of speed and 3 health potions.Then get 2 dorans blade,and buy mercurys treads.After that buy brutalizer and B.F sword and make black cleaver.Then buy infinity edge and phage.Finish your build with frozen mallet

I ussualy take heal and flash or ignite with flash. For jungling get smite and ghost or flash and smite.

Tell Your teammates to pull blue buff.After that take wolwes and wraiths,and take Red buff.Go gank mid or top and take golems.Then repeat these steps :)
