As the royal family of Demacia for centuries, members of the Lightshield line have spent their lives waging war against any who opposed Demacian ethics. It is said that every Lightshield is born with anti-Noxian sentiment in his blood. Jarvan IV is no exception, even though he is the first Lightshield born to the age of the League of Legends. As his forefathers had before him, he led Demacian troops into bloody engagements with Noxian forces, and on many occasions he has bled alongside wounded allies and fallen comrades. In his most crushing defeat, he was outmaneuvered and captured by a Noxian battalion under the command of Jericho Swain. This mistake nearly cost him his life at the hands of Urgot, but he was rescued by the Dauntless Vanguard, an elite Demacian strike force led by Jarvan's childhood companion, Garen. \n\n Those close to him believed that his capture changed him. Xin Zhao was quoted as saying: ''His eyes never seemed to look at you, only through you to something he could not look away from.'' One day, without warning, Jarvan IV handpicked a squad of Demacian soldiers and left Demacia, vowing to find ''atonement''. He began by tracking and hunting the most dangerous beasts and bandits he could find in northern Valoran, but he soon tired of such prey. Seeking something that only he understood, he ventured south of the Great Barrier. He wasn't heard from again for nearly two years. After many had assumed the worst, he returned to glorious fanfare on the streets of Demacia. His Demacian plates were adorned with the bones and scales of creatures unknown. His eyes bore the wisdom of someone twice his age. Of the twelve soldiers who had departed with him, only two returned. -Amazing Laning hero

- Solid Laning Champion
- Very Good as Harassing
- Can 1v1 most champions duo to his massive damage and defensives
- Knocking up (canceling Nunu's ultimate ?)

Cons:

- If you don't use your ultimate with sense, you can kill you and rest of your team.
- A very target hero, because of his good damage and survival skills

Jarvan IV over all

- Amazing damage
- Great Tank and surviver
- Very fun to play
- A Brainy hero, not like Karthus
- And Then his so BIG ingame

Martial Cadence (Passive)
Jarvan IV exploits his target's opening, dealing a percentage of the target's current HP as magic damage. This effect cannot occur on the same target for several seconds.
Dragon Strike
Jarvan IV����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������¢����¯�¿�½������¯����¯�¿�½������¿����¯�¿�½������½����¯�¿�½������¯����¯�¿�½������¿����¯�¿�½������½s spear extends through his opponent, dealing physical damage and lowering their armor by a percentage. If this ability is cast on the Demacian flag, it will pull Jarvan through to his Standard, knocking up all enemies in his path.

-dealing 70 / 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 (+1.10 per bonus attack damage) physical damage and lowering their armor by 10 / 14 / 18 / 22 / 26% for 3 seconds
Golden Aegis
Jarvan IV calls upon the ancient kings of Demacia to shield him from harm and slow surrounding enemies.

-Jarvan IV forges a shield protecting him for 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 (+20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 per nearby enemy champion) damage for 5 seconds and slowing surrounding enemies by 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35% for 2 seconds upon activation.
Demacian Standard
Passive: Grants Jarvan bonus attack speed and armor. Active: Throws a Demacian flag, dealing physical damage and granting passive benefits to nearby allies.

-Passive: Grants Jarvan a bonus 10 / 14 / 18 / 22 / 26% attack speed and 10 / 14 / 18 / 22 / 26 armor.
Cataclysm (Ultimate)
Jarvan IV heroically leaps at his target, dealing physical damage and creating a circle of terrain around them for a few seconds.

I go the tank way. with the main items, but you might wonder why i take the madreds to?

i do it because of his passive which is removes 10% of the enemies Hitpoints, that make you start out with 14%, and then after the 6 seconds de-buff 14% more + you get a lot of haste, which you also get from

Summoner Spells

I go for / because they are both a killing combo, which i live you play with

BUT!
you can also use Exhaust/ghost for the increasing of run your speed, for hunting or escaping.

Mark: 9x Greater Mark of Desolation To get some armor-penetration to his abilities.

Seal: 9x Greater Seal of Vitality To get the bonus Hp each level.

Glyph: 9x To get lower cooldown on your spells, very good in late gam where his is important in Team-Fight because it lows hitting enemies armor.

Quintessence: 3x Greater Quintessence of Desolation for the armor-penetration. BUT! you can also use x3 for starting out with more hp.

Farming

I think we all hate to wait like, 10 20 maybe 30 seconds in the mall to get the new item

DON'T!

Go in your lane/forest get the Blue Golem Buff for CD-Reduction that will give you 30% total, due to that you have 9x .

Use the ability-Combo of your
use and then finish and charge with into the creeps.
